Adaptamos o experimento do roteiro proposto por Stauffer em 1997 na revista The Physics Teacher. Conclu\u00edmos que a atividade possibilita estimar a velocidade da luz com um erro inferior a 0,3%\u00a0e contempla o que prop\u00f5e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular para o ensino de Ci\u00eancias da Natureza e suas Tecnologias.<\/em><br \/><em><strong>Palavras-chave: <\/strong>ondulat\u00f3ria; teoria da relatividade; ensino de f\u00edsica.<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Abstract: <\/strong>We present in this work the steps of performing a practical activity to prove the speed of light using a microwave oven. We adapted the experiment from the script proposed by Stauffer in 1997 in The Physics Teacher magazine.
