An estimate that arrives instantly should be treated as a bad sign. Any serious team returns questions first: about integrations. A vendor that quotes without asking anything is probably pricing a guess, and outsource kubernetes development a guess resurfaces as a change order — on your budget.
Be wary of a mismatch between the team in the pitch and the developers actually assigned. Insist on specific people rather than roles in the statement of work, with wording about substitutions.
